Ministry Allies

Realizing that we had the same goal in mind, Chris and I decided to do our leadership meetings together. Chris is the youth pastor down the street from me. We’ve done events together and I consider Chris one of my good friends. So it seems natural that we would want to team up to do this.

There are many benefits from being a part of a network of youth ministries and churches in your area. These are especially true for smaller churches where there might be only a few volunteer leaders. But whether or not your youth ministry staff is five or fifty, you can benefit from working with other churches in town. The first benefit is “Save money by sharing resources.”
